weekend...
Not much really happened. I stayed up waaay too late friday night/saturday morning. I think I got to bed around 7:30. Drank a few over at Cuzzy's then met Danielle at the club. Met her and the girls at the Uptown Diner for some late night grubbage. Finally made it home around 5:30-6am and played some Oblivion until I couldn't keep my eyes open. Woke up at 1pm and felt like shit because I slept so late (even if I stayed up way late) it wasn't a physical "feeling like shit" type thing, more like a "I can't believe I slept 'til 1pm!!" type thing.
Saturday was a total waste... It rained most of the day. I did get some laundry done so that was good. But I really wanted to get out in the yard to bag some leaves I piled up from the fall.
My alergies were pretty tame this weekend which made me happy. I mostly need to keep from rubbing my eyes and I should be fine. I am still conjested and need to use the nose spray before I go to bed so I can sleep through the night without having to wake up in the middle of the night not being able to breathe.
We did get out of the house for a bit. Stopped over at Rosedale mall and ate some food at Big Bowl... good stuff!! Also stopped in at Walden books and picked up some more reading material for myslef and the woman. Finally we stopped at Spencers so she can get her stripper pole. We also ended up getting an electroshock version of Simon Says, and a lighted sign that says "Booty Lounge" with a picture of a pirate girl laying on the beach. Thay had all kinds of this cool pirate stuff there, which made us decide to turn our deck we are going to build into a Pirate Theme'd deck! It's going to look way cool, I can't wait until we start putting ideas and stuff onto paper. 8)
I was up late again that night too. Danielle went to her friend Laurens' house to bleach her hair! the top half is going to be blonde and the bottom will remain black. She needs to do a couple more applications to have it completely done though. Right now it's more of an auburn/blonde color if that makes any sense. Near her scalp is where it's most blonde, almost white. It's towards the ends is where the coloring needs more treatment. If she had short hair... it starts to darken about 2-3 inches away from her scalp, and her hair goes down to the middle of her back at least! Anyway, I think it looks really cool right now! She had her hair in a bun and she thought it looked like a cinnimin roll. yummy!
Sunday was another late wakeup call... about 12:30 this time. A little better but still in the sucky end of the spectrum. Took a shower and then gave Bumpis a bath because we were having friends over to watch some movies, so now she was all clean smelling and soft. I love it when she's like that! It makes me just want to hold her and smother her with the love and affection she deserves. Finished up some laundry, Danielle went into work for a bit, called me because she wasn't feeling very good so I left and brought her some flowers and some day-quil. (soo romantic, huh?)
Anyway people started showing up durring the Soprano's so I wasn't much of host durring that time. Oh.. I really hate it when people show up late! We told people to be there at 8pm. Only 1 persone showed up at that time. Actually he was about 15 min early. Anyway, most of everyone didn't get there until after 9:30.
So the movies we watched were "Party Monster" and "Waiting". Party monster is about the New York Club scene in 2000 with all the druggy/glam/costumed "club kids" and stuff. It was pretty cool. Waiting was fucking halarious!! It's about the staff at a restaurant called Shenanagins (poking fun at Bennigins) The guy from Van Wilder is in it and also the high school kid from Dodge Ball too. They are the main characters. anyway... go rent it!! really funny!
