I have been doing 3 miles on the treadmill with a steep incline every day, though. I have also cut out fast food and have been eating more fruits and veggies.
I can do this.

you can do it. just exercise lots (find a buddy to gym with or join a uber physical activity) and eat healthy. word of advice, dont try and cut out junk food completely but rather cut back (like instead of a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps, just eat one).

Thanks, Ailis. I have been walking with a steep incline on my treadmill. I did 3.5 miles today. Incidentally I love the use of the term "crisps" 
My little guy is now 12 weeks old. I can hardly believe it. He is about 15 pounds not (9 pounds, 5 ounces at birth). He's going to be driving before I know it...

They do grow way too fast. Look back at my blog from yesterday, mine is man sized. He is just 13, but I'm a dwarf next to him and I'm 5"4!! Blink and they are graduating!!
P.s. Usually I never except friends requests w/out photos however this time I made the exception because your page tells about your hot wife and love'n red heads. Two things I really liked. (Besides this front photo.) Go you. The wife has to dig that.

He was born on Friday pf last week!!! Not much sleep to be had right now...but he is such a cute little bugger (if 9 and a half pounds is in fact "little".

Week 11 starts today! Hard to believe that in another week wife will be through her first trimester. She has been so lucky so far...no morning sickness, fatigue, etc. I can't wait!
