Man oh Man i got a good work out , i went to class and did twenty minutes on tredmill, that kicked ass and made me sweat good, then i did some bike thing for 15 and i was a bit exhausted, then i did wieght training did my triceps, biceps, and lots more, and i worked on my thighs, it was all good and i was all hyper afterward. and filled up a note book a small one full of my story, i am very proud of where it's going, well going night nights, later.
