Hey there I hope everyone had a good weekend. 
Well another normal day at work nothing exciting had the usual crew of soldiers who are trying to get out of the army show up. I just think it is sad. I mean before I joined the Army I was the biggest pot/coke head you ever met and I made it thru basic training with no problem. Hell I even thought it was fun. Sure it was tough but if you knew how to play the game you'd be alright. That was 3 years ago but today it's sad there are so many who join and after a week are coming to me saying they have to get out. This is why I will probably get out after my 4 years because I wouldn't trust these guys with my life in Iraq. What happened to the day when you ade a commitment to something you felt you had to fufill it. I guess I'm getting old and times are changing yet again..........

For me though - I did the run in about 9-10 minutes (I am slow)...I did 20 push ups, 50 sit ups and gripped a 98.
Not as hard as what you guys go through though
