Wow, so you must be an awesome chef then if your mom wants you to do all of that! I don't look forward to the rolling either lol. I don't mind prepping all of the ingredients & mixing them together but once rolling time comes, especially w/ a tall order of hundred or more, I'm spent. I'm going to make ube cake & leche flan for Christmas dessert. My mom or my sister is going to do the turkey. I'm actually in the mood to cook big this year for some reason. I did for this past Thanksgiving & it was fun, esp since my baby sister helped me. Yeah, suck it up & take it like a man, dude! lol jk Have a wonderful time cooking & an even more wonderful & Merry Christmas!
