I see it everytime
As others around us do
We touch one another across
the space between us two
The spark in your eyes
Lights my fire from afar
And something within me dies
Every second we are apart
The softest of words
Spoken under your breath
Heals the deepest wound
Yet causes one anew
No there's nothing I can do
I cannot think these thoughts
Must not feel this way
But it is undeniably how I will feel
Till my dying day....

I just needed you to know
That even these so bittersweet feelings
As terrible as they can be
Make my life worth living
Because it's all poetry to me
