Well, I am tattooing again. The sports injury surgeon told me I could get surgery, but its typically a bad idea. It would make my AC a solid joint. The way I do martial arts and still train horses I would end up completely destroying my shoulder.
I decided to give out a free tattoo in order to get back into the flow. Tattoo turned out great, but I am glad I did that since it took twice as long as it should. That wasnt due to the pain, it was having to get into a natural flow.
At the moment I am trying to find a few reliable people to do large work on. I cant believe how hard that is here. I have some stuff I want to tattoo for my portfolio/conventions. This person would have to be in decent shape, have good skin, and willing to travel as far as Denver on occasion for a few years to show off the tattoo.
Unfortunately the only way I can tell if someone is reliable is by either becoming friends or tattooing them multiple times.
