So, I am getting some practice at using my left arm. Not really by choice though. I got bucked off my appaloosa that is in training.
We were going down a fairly steep hill with a two foot irrigation ditch at the bottom. At the bottom of the hill he slipped and made a sloppy jump. At this point we were both fine, then he got scared and did a nice rodeo buck for me. Unfortunately he always bucks twice and the second time I went straight up and completely cleared him before landing on my right shoulder.
I wasn't going to go to the hospital but my fiance convinced me after I found that I could seperate my shoulder from my clavicle by about 4 inches or more. The doc said I have a seperated shoulder where the ligament holding the shouder to the clavicle is torn. I have to go see an ortho to find out if it needs surgery. The doc thought I was a little strange for refusing meds. I would rather be in a little pain than to not be in complete control.

That's really good advice. We should chill sometime, not a date or anything but maybe coffee?
