I bought a new Massager, it uses infrer red to massage the body, hopefully it will help me with the soreness in my back......... I got it from Discovery Store......
Funny thing is that several months ago I saw it in the Sharper Image and the sales associate told me to keep it away from your sister, mom, girlfriend...... apparently there were other uses for it ............ and it recieved incredible reviews
I got a few more massage books to work with as well............. I should be busy for a few months.......
In other news the dog has become my subject for 'tissue' massages, she falls asleep, snores and the shows up to my door at all hours now..........
