So I decided to start working out again, the warmth of the spring has motivated me to get outside. I ran/jogged about a mile today and my lungs felt like they were on fire. Perhaps if I stop the ganja smoking it wouldn't be as counterproductive. I'm gonna try and see how long I can go working out and we'll see how many pounds I can shed off my fat ass in the next couple of weeks. I've got an upper body routine that leaves my arms like jello and if I can keep my cardio up to pace, than it should be good all around.
