I'm finding that I'm sporadic at best when it comes to my activity on SG. I get busy with work or video games or dare I say doing things with people in Realspace (I'm thinking about calling the real world Realspace, thoughts?) and that I sit at my computer(s) only when I'm bored and wander over to SG to see what's new.
Often when I wander to a forum or board and there's a topic that interests me or a question posed to users my answers or thoughts are already written a dozen times over, and in my experience there's really no need to write it anyway, because ... well, why? It's already there. Will it increase my board activity? Sure, but there's no reason for it. It's like writing "I agree" or "FIRST!!" on something. There's no effing reason for it and readers only skip over it to see what someone else has to say, ignoring your future posts is possible.
I've finally started watching GetBackers more regularly. I've had the whole show on DVD for what feels like as long as I've lived in my apartment (two years) and I never get to watch it, usually because my roommate wants to watch it with me but is usually too busy with WoW to tear himself away from his second job (I call it that now, too ... eight hour days at work followed immediately by eight hour days in his room wandering around Azeroth(?) so I've decided to watch it solo because ,,, I wanna watch it, dammit.
While on the topic of anime I've found myself interested in finding the full Gundam-Wing series for my collection, and finishing out my (new) Guyver series, since that's pretty much all I really care about. I'm not a big anime freak, shut up.
So! Surgery in two days. I'm gearing up for it, can't wait to have an excuse to sit by the relax and touch myself and say my scar is bugging me. I'm going to finally read a bunch of the books I've bought but never read, starting with the other Dexter books I got and working my way through it by interest.
Got a bitchin' souvenir from my pre-op work, too. The nurse was still learning and went a tad too deep ...![](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/ph-508.604ed20cffa9.gif)

I can line three nickels side-to-side and it covers the bruise completely. Guess what? I'm totally going to post some recovery pics too, somewhere, just because. I wish I was part of SG when I busted my head open that one time...
Anyway, that's about all I can think about right now. Wish me luck for Tuesday. Ta-taa!
