Every morning I set aside an hour to do my daily Reiki self treatment, some guided meditation, my prayers and invocations. This is a time for me that I do not let anyone interrupt; it is my sacred space.
I've been using a certain book for the last 5 years to help me with my meditations and also help me learn more about the different Goddess. The book is called : GODDESS -365 a daily guide to the magic and inspiration of the goddess.. by : Patricia Telesco
