That's right! I have it!
I am currnetly weighing 153 pounds. All my pants fall off if I don't wear a belt. All my shirts look like an extra large.
For the next week I must consume 148 grams of protien and 2500 calories a day. Every other day I will be working out my core which consists of crunches, pushups, and dips for about 60 minutes, with 10 minutes of stretching.
I love training. I wish I could get paid for it.
I gotta get back to that 4.6 in the 40 before the end of winter.
