Relax, breathe, and take it slow, you still have plenty of time to drill it all into your head, you're a smart guy. Don't spend your day dwelling on who or what you used to be/do, spend it focusing on where you want to go and what it will take you to get there, you'll get through this just fine, hell you might even surprise yourself with your intellect.
