What is wrong with people!!!!! At work today the police dept brought it a 50 lb pit bull with a 40 pound padlocked chain locked on his neck..it took a bolt cutter to remove it and this poor dog had scratches and bite wounds allllll over. I am so digusted and sad! mad

Forest Park is just west of the city. Its pretty close to Harlem and I-290.

This warm weather does need to get here soon. That weather on Sunday was such a tease. I can't wait for spring.
