It's all down to drugs
It's been snowing here in town, and that's given me the perfect excuse to hibernate. I'm not going to want to be anhywhere once I've trudged through the snow, so I figure I might as well never find out. What good am I going to be if I get there and I'm grumpy anyway?
Some will tell you there'd be no difference, and I'm not inclined to disagree. I'm just happy to have the excuse of weather preventing me from going anywhere.
This has become so habitual that I'm not sure I remember how to go back to an active attendance of my life. I'll happily accept submissions on how people think I could do this. I remember staying up all night used to closely approximate getting back to "normal," but it was definitely short-lived.
I might take this hibernation time to finish some songs. We did nothing but work on two new songs at band practice yesterday, and this has confirmed that Canadia will be less of a side project and more of an incubator.
This may be its demise as now that I recognise that I'm just writing songs for Gestalt Switch I feel less enthusiastic about it. I need to learn to trick myself, and I think Jesus might have the answer.
So yeah, I'll write songs tonight. I'll push off with a goal in mind and see what happens. I bet I end up working on the website.

Haha I hope it was fun....they're goofy kids from the ska scene..... Their music is fun, their liner notes are funner, and their concerts are funnerer. They have these massive, wierd performances.....like snowball-man vs pumpkinhead (costumes and all).
