A weekend worth of partying has taken its toll on my throat, so I'm gonna have to go a little easy for a while. We did the National Anthem thing, which was a little strange. We had to wait around for cues and so on, but were on stage so long we ended up just jamming some new songs out. I think they sounded pretty damn good through the excessive PA they had running.

I'm also very happy about the excessive amount of good orange juice and roasted eggplants sandwiches available in the green room. I just wish I'd thought to take a few home for the rest of the week, but I guess it's back to bagels and falafel.

My necks's still feeling what I did to it during Nagas' 3am slot. Apparently I showed up in an audience shot looking "thoughtful." It's useful to know that if I ever need to look thoughtful again I just need to act how I do when I'm drunk and tired. I'm hoping there are some other crossover looks in my range, so I can kick off my acting career.

I have, however, run out of clean clothing, so I'll put a load on tonight while I'm looking after myself. Hell, I might even clean my room.

I've decided to start describing my occupation as being a "writer." I figure if I see it written down enough I might start believing it and actually become a writer. I already live the life I'd like to if I was a writer, so really it's only one small change to make.

Maybe I should be based in Fiji.
