A week of business and being busy finally ends. It was musical, it was frantic, it was fun. I'd do it again.

We launched our band's debut EP on Thursday night at Arc Cafe. It was a little stressful, what with feeling a little unorganised, but it worked out well. We had a friendly audience who got into, the support bands were great, and we sold about 30 CDs. Another goal for the year accomplished. Happiness.

Then on Friday I marched to Reclaim the Night. I was right up front holding the banner. Sadly the local paper didn't print any pictures, so I can't show off my red hair and protest face.

Saturday evening saw me at Arc Cafe again watching Auckland band Augustino. They were great, and deserved a larger crowd. In terms of crowd quality, how could they complain with me and my friends there?

So what am I doing now? Sleeping, eating. Planning to record an album-length demo for a major label. Which they asked for. Damn, I'm excited. Maybe I will be latent no longer?

I'll probably still be boring.
