writer's block is difficult. best things I've found are a change of scenery. getting out of the house is good. go try a new coffeeshop or if the weather's good, go out somewhere. it also helps to switch up formats a little. even if it's just writing with a pen rather than typing. I've actually found that I get ideas out better either hand writing or by talking into a recording device. or take a camera out and photo with ideas from the writing in mind to see what kind of images you make of it. that helps me sometimes.
the upstairs neighbors are making me nuts... I couldn't have sailors that were loners and quiet, nope, they're popular ones that party like, every night. blech. some of us have to work on the weekends... grr...
