Well it's been ages since i last posted anything on here, so i figured i'd go ahead and update for all who take time to read my blog.

Well i quit my Job about a month ago. To many twits working for me. i can clearly see now why i was doing all the work, those wankers didn't know what the hell they were doing. It seems the last supervisor placed all his mates in the department, and then would get some ninny like me to do all the work. Well after he got fired and i got the jobs i could se right off that i needed to get rid of the lot of them. but couldn't get my bosses to go along. "wouldn't set the right tone" and would be bad for moral and all that shite. so i ended up trying to teach them how to actually do their jobs, but that was wasted motion.

So after having to do my job and their job for a few months i finally said sod this and told them i was done.

The company has called me at least 3 times a week since i left trying to get me to come back. let them call all they like, i just delete the messages.

I found a job with another company 3 days later. and these people know what they're doing, so i am working less, getting paid about the same as i was as a supervisor, and enjoying things alot more.


so hopefully i will be on more.
