Wow, a blog at my age! here goes;
Well, too old for the self centred, self indulgent type of ramblings that I usually see on these things. I have lived, loved and lost in the 36 years I have spent on planet earth. I have gone from being homeless to travelling the world and living in an overpriced apartment. I have slept in tents, doorways and in bars...as well as 5 star hotels, to be honest the best sleep I've had was without a roof over my head or beside a person I loved.
I wake up each day and accept it for what it is - another day to enjoy, to experience, to live, to conquer, to survive..some I enjoy, some I'm glad come to an end but I appreciate them all.
Don't know if I will blog again, as I'm not narcissistic enough to believe that anyone truely gives a shit about these words; but if anyone is out there, and does read this....let me know, so that I can smile a wry smile and wonder at the ability of words to travel farther than I ever will.

That's awesome that you have travelled so much and experienced such a variety of places and lifestyles. Which is your favourite place? Have you decided that the Netherlands is the place to stay or do you think you will move on again?
