Damn this week is going slow.....

Ok when i first started at my job i was told i would have oppurtunity to grow and move up in the company, but now i realize my boss is full of fucking shit! There only a total of 3 employees including me, then the owners. How the hell is one supposed to grow and move up when the only other job is president of a company that will never change owners?

I understood i really had no where to move up, but how could you tell your other employee and friend that they can move up then go and hire someone to do the job she would move up into. And how is it that i can't work full time but your going to hire someone new to work full time. I know i don't have to worry bout my job cause i get my shti done. How is it that i'm the one training someone in to be MY manager. I dont exactly work somewhere its just a generic job. We're the only ones that do this job. It's not like a auto body shop where you just learn new policies, there is no other shop like ours. My bosses obviously think im qualified enought to train someone into being a shop manager, MY SHOP MANAGER. but i can't do it. I have three weeks to train him to be managing the shop, me and my co-workers. This oppurtunity was meant to be given to one of us. I very capable of doing this but i'm not the one most deserving of it. My co-worker is. She has busted her ass off and carried all her wieght along with out bosses. FUCKEN AYE she should be THE FUCKING PRESIDENT OF THE GOT DAMN FUCKING COMPANY FOR ALL SHE HAS DONE And then they go and talk shit behind her back. They can't even answer there own got damn phones. I don't know what they would do if all three of us just had enough and quit. My boss can't even do the damn job he has me doing and it's all his design. There just a bunch of FUCK HEADS!!!
