Ah another great day! Got most my work done and time just flew by. Just got to go to Target now and pic up some essentials then I can go home and just relax and mow the lawn.
Hopefully everyone wants to play football again today. I'd rather play tackle but at dosen't matter to much, i just need to stay active. Damn i'm sore though i havent ran like that in long time. I prob will be even more sore tommorow. Oh well, it feels good. LOL... i don't know why ppl complain about being sore after a good work out. It's one of the greatest feeling in the world. It just makes you feel good, you worked hard and you should feel proud for that sore feeling. You pushed your self further and it feels good... well i'm done.
