I made syrup! AND ITS DELICIOUS!!! The first batch at least. Still collecting sap from the maple tree. This batch started with 20 gallons of sap, ended up getting a half a gallon of syrup! The sugar content was so high so we made out with more syrup than expected. It was so much fun and alot easier than I thought it would be. If you have a maple tree in your yard you should give it a try! Here are some pictures of the progress (:
