I took a semester of German in college... and I have a Swiss friend who used to make me say ridiculous things to his fellow citizens when I went to visit (he'd give me a map and make me pretend to be lost, then ask a series of obscene or suggestive questions to people who tried to help me).

I don't really speak German. But I like pics of snow. I have some pics of me laying around half naked in snow that I should put up for the season.

Red wine is good. Don't apologize for the lack of cheese.

If you like snow, SC is not so good - although I heard you had an ice storm recently. Last year, in Columbia, I had one of those: 3 fucking cold nights without energy.

Right now, I have a real snow storm outside. Would be cool to make photos at night in the snow.

I'm going to Vietnam! Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) to be specific... I don't suppose *anyone* has any connections there, do they? Please let me know if you can recommend places to go, things to do, nightlife, where to make new friends, etc...
