I am going to buy a wine making kit on the weekend. It will make 23 litres of white wine!! Need to make sure I have enough bottles or get a demijohn. I think that is what the huge basket covered bottles are called.
Wine in the shops is so hit and miss. Some make me feel shit the next day and some like I haven't had anything to drink.
I am sure it's the preservative and toxins added that make the difference. This way I know whats going into it.
Will let you know how it tastes.
