im seriously over waking up at 4:55 am for work everyday. I'm beyond exhausted, have no energy and find it incredibly hard to focus on my fitness goals. don't get me wrong, I still work out and eat clean, but allllll I want to do is sleep 24/7. it's killing me. does anyone have any suggestions for energy? I don't drink soda, ready, set go!
