Just thought i'd give you guys a little update on how my body changes are going! I'm going hella strong with my clean eats, and hard workouts and it has most certainly been rewarding my body nicely in it's changes. I've seen QUITE a bit lean up, and muscle growth. Anyhow, how is everyones week going? I'm stoked because I have an unexpected day off work tomorrow, so you can bet I will be sleeping in tomorrow. And in sleeping in, I mean until 9 AM. LOL. Once your body is accustomed to waking up at 5 AM everyday, 9 feels sooo late. I'd also like to give a shout out to all the new hopefuls who have added me lately, keep working for it ladies, all of you are stunning in your own way! ROCK IT.
