I just went to see a thought-provoking movie.... which always makes me smile.

SUPER SIZE ME.

if you have not seen it, find it in a theatre near you and see it. if you have seen it, leave me a comment to tell me what you think. it was crazy to think that fast food can create/mimic the same side effects (ie-liver failure) as such abuses as alcohol and drug abuse.

it is nice because my friend damon who accompanied me to the movie eats fast food all the time. afterwards he was in shock and was seriously reconsidering his diet.

YAY!....

i absolutely *love* seeing my friends eating healthy...

my teeth are feeling much better... thank you to everyone who send me good energy while they wrecked painful havoc on my sleep-attempts.

advice time- are septum piercings and lip piercings too much metal in too little of space? i have my septum pierced and am thinking about getting my lip repierced on the side... hugs for your thoughts. : )
