I have no idea what a tragus is but I'm pretty sure swollen is not good!
I know exactly what you mean about your life shifting, mine is doing the same. Mostly I feel in control but sometimes it feels like I'm barely holding on to a speeding train! still you know what they say; scream if you want to go faster! Hope everything keeps going your way.
