Cell phone companies are stupid. I bought the Motorola ROKR before Christmas and the camera was messed up so I took advantage of my policy's 30 replacement warrantee. When the phone had not arrived by my birthday (January 16th) I decided to inquire as to its whereabouts. The customer service rep informed me that the replacement had been cancelled. She couldn't tell me why or who cancelled the replacement. Rogers then tried to tell me that it was past my 30 warrantee and that a replacement couldn't be granted. I was irritated and explained to them that if they didn't hold up their end of the contract, that I would be inclined to abandon my three year signing with them. They agreed to replace the phone (although I had to front the cost of the shipping).

Anyone have the disillusioning experience of using a cell phone browser. It costs, like, $40 to download a game and a ring-tone, not to mention the fee's for the files themselves. I'm sorry but that is bullshit.

I've been working like crazy to get my small business up and running. I will have a half-finished website soon thanks to Incomplete and his fancy designs. I have access to decent equipment in production and post. If you know someone who needs something the way of video production/animation, send them my way, please.
