To update: Everything is much, MUCH better. Thank you all for your kind kind words, and advice. It really helped me through a time if i'm honest, i had no clue how to cope with.

The day after i wrote that last entry the ex was outside work again in the morning, and i politley explained that that kind of behaviour wasn't normal, and he's freaking out my family, and if it didn't stop we'd have no choice but to go to the police. And he was really taken aback. He just didn't even realise what he was doing, let alone how odd it was. And it scared him. He has family in Northern Ireland, so he went and stayed with them for the last week to clear his head, and deal with things. I hope it's worked. He wants me to meet up with him, but i'm not ready for that. But he's being reasonable, and normal, and all the stalking has stopped.

I'm so glad to be able to report that.

So what else is new in my neck of the woods?? I'm planning my holiday. This is the most fun thing in my life at the moment. The day after my birthday i'm flying (with a very very handsome boy i must point out) to Rome, and we're staying there for a couple of days, and tehn going down to Naples for another few days. I can't fucking wait. It's going to be so god, and i can't beleive i've found someone who not only wants to go on a trip with me, but is enjoying planning it too. It's not for a few months yet, but there'll be plenty of photos, trust me.
