Self portrait.
It's taking some getting use to, but this stylus dealy is pretty cool. I love learning new mediums for art.
So, in totally unrelated news, I decided to give the Gorillaz a try. In the past, music I didn't like at first has really impressed me once I gave it a second listen because the bar was set so low by my initial reaction (Coheed and Cambria, Darkthrone). Thus, with my love of Jamie Hewlett's art being caught between my dislike for the music of the Gorillaz, I figured it was worth it to give them a fair shot at being good, so I got a used copy of the self titled CD and a copy of 'Demon Days' (a friend said the new one was a lot better than the first, so I figured what the Hell?). At first, it was even worse than my initial reactions. The music is so empty and boring and often too eclectic for it's own good. But, after a few more listens, it's not so bad. Nothing to get too excited about, that's for sure, but it's not all bad. If I were to review it on Amazon.com, I'd give it either a 2 or 3.
With this new opinion, and also seeing that, if the Gorillaz figures ran out of stock (they made a limited run) that I would be really pissed to miss out on this awesome Jamie Hewlett art, I went ahead and ordered them. So, I should have those bad boys in the mail some time soon. Hehe.
Over at the official site, they're selling hand drawn and numbered storyboards for the Gorillaz music videos, done by, of couse, Jamie Hewlett. I might have to get one some time if they're not all gone in the near future.
That's pretty much all. Things are doing alright I guess. Nothing to complain about. Later folks.

And as for the stereo, ALL of my music is on my computer, so that IS my stereo.
I say go for the teacher, you've been out long enough for her to not get in trouble. Besides, I want someone to talk to about banging an older woman. It's freakin' awesome.
