The laws of reason/logic are three:
1) the law of non-contradiction (a is not Non-a)
2) the law of identity (A is A)
3) the law of excluded middle (Either A or Non-A)
these rules are self evident and undeniable.
These Laws aren't created by God; they flow from his very nature and form the basis of all rational thought.
God can be limited by his very nature. For example, since God is Truth he cannot lie (see Hebrews 6:18) and since God is infinite he cannot just decide to become finite.
