Whew! Tuesday was a whirlwind day! Woke up and took a Chemistry test at 7am, then drove back home to vote! At first they had a little trouble finding me in the system, but after that it was a breeze. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I have to say that was easier than when I voted in 2004. What surprised me was that the election on Tuesday was a fairly close race until about 9pm, then Obama started jumping up on the electoral votes. I had to be in bed by 11pm, work the next morning at 6am, and I was watching the presidential election from the internet, as I do not have cable television. I believe I was fairly close on my predictions, guessed most of the state right, but looks like Missouri voted for McCain instead of Obama. Pre-election drama is pretty amusing, funny what kind of stuff comes up in the last moments before a presidential election. I had several friends at the bar watching the election on the television, they kept me updated via text, even though I was sleeping. I am really interested to see this "change" that Obama preached, I voted for him, because I do believe it's time for some change and for some growth in our country.
Okay update on me...long time no see....school has kept me hella bust as has moving as has halloween as has getting back together with my girl. Yep...hella busy. I got this awesome apartment in an historical house that is slpit into three different apartments, only $500 a month! nice.
As for my relationship, we are back together, but it is a semi nonmonogomous relationship, which is okay with me, I am too busy for nonmongomus pursuits but it's an interesting option.
I will hopefully be renting my new cello within the month and joining a performing arts center in January as a novice.
As for school....well I believe I have decided to pursue another bachelor's. Yeah so what I have been indecisive my whole life, why do you think it took me 9 years to get back into school? So now I am thinking BA Philosophy, then MLS. yeah so that's pretty different from the Chemistry degree, right, well I believe it better suits me. Hallwoeen was wonderful! The leaves changing colors are wonderful!
