well as far as minnesota goes, i like giants ridge..but spirit mountain is okay too..theres always the u.p. of michigan if you feel like driving more..yea montana is good. i have a pass to bridger and big sky and moonlight are an hour away. moonlight is fuckin sick as it gets..ill miss utah, but im in school here and i didnt feel like goin to school with a bunch of mormons, so montana is perfect..yea man, if you ever come this way, lemme know...we'll ride.
Well as you may know, there's not squat in Holly Springs... But in Raleigh, there is King's, a great little club for local bands with a complete bar and a pool table. There are other places, but we don't go to too many others (in Raleigh). Pick up an Independent Weekly for more suggestions...
In Chapel Hill there are quite a few.. Local 506, the Cave, Cat's Cradle (though their show are larger and cost $10 -$15), the Nightlight exchange... and well, that's all I can think of right now since I don't spend tons of time in Chapel Hill. Again, I would pick up an Independent Weekly, which will also cover shows in Durham!
