It's my day off tomorrow, so I think I'm going to watch ' War of the Worlds' and then go and get slightly drunk afterwards 
I'm not a fan of Cruise, but the rest of the film looks OK and must really be seen on the big screen.
Besides, they have air conditioning so it'll be a lot more comfortable than being here.

A sore throat has started to afflict me, I thought it might be pollen but the allergy relief tablets I take for hay fever are doing nothing
Tickets for Garbage ( in Cardiff in October) have been ordered, I couldn't resist.
The friend I'm going with will be driving, which is good for me, as we do have to be at work at 5-30am the next day and the venue is sixty odd miles away.
Ummm.......

I've heard the new war of the worlds is ok with quite a bit of death in it unlike most spielberg films.
