When I was in the supermarket yesterday I picked up the new Garbage CD 'Bleed Like Me'.
It rocks, it grows on you the more you listen to it.
There are a couple of average tracks, but the rest are fine and dandy.

Seriously check out Interpol if you're at Glastonbury. Tehy are so good. They're one of those bands that really grows on you. First listen it sounds kinda good, but a bit baffling, then the next time it is "whoaaaaah".

i'm not so much a manic fan if i'm honest. money prevents me from seeing people right now... last year was the scissor sister year, i also saw jill scott in brixton which was fantastic. i had intended festivals this year but once again money. i think i will try for a holiday in september instead. even if only at some seaside town.

Oh, that is sooo cool! I hear they are still really great live, from people who should know. I have only seen them once myself. It was in 1979 at the Stardust Ballroom in Hollywood. It was amazing!

Nick Cave was excellent, it was billed as a solo performance, but he was accompanied by a violin/mandolin player, a bassist and a drummer, whilst he sang and played his grand piano.

I have finally succumbed, I ordered an iPod mini from the Apple store yesterday.
The new six gig one, in blue, with eighteen hours of battery life, (if you're lucky), hmmmm....
That will do me nicely, there are just over three gigs of tunes on my PC now, so six gigs should be plenty
