thats ok, i though i'd jsut mention it, purely for what i think is a helth and safty reson rather then a tattooing reason, if that makes sence. i think if he looked he coudl find somewhere that whould tattoo him regardless, but then that place whoudn't be a quality tattoo studio who take pride in there work, (or so i've found from experiance)
