biked to work today and ran two miles when I got home. I'm into doing everything on the cheap right now (not neccessarily by choice).
I've been having shin pain, but my roommate used to run cross-country and told me how to stretch them- it's really made a big difference, I felt a little pain today but it wasn't much compared to sunday's.
cooked some seiten rubens tonight, excellent food and even have some left for lunch tomorrow and thursday. who know what I'll cook tomorrow night.
