fire in the condo- not a huge deal, but the girl that moved into the last unit in the building had her grandmother help her put stuff away and she thought the broiler was a regular drawer and the put the cutting board in there.
so the first time she used the over the fucking thing caught on fire. it was an exciting evening. I think it was fully under control and didn't burn the place down, but scary none the less.

i didn't buy an ipod. but i did today. i am still thinking about keeping it...i didn't open it yet. i bought the one with speech recording. for work purposes. it's a tax write-off. Hmmm.
