i tend to not share a whole lot about my personal life with the general internet-going public, but every once in a while something comes up worth mentioning:

so last night i'm sitting in the x-files movie next to my girlfriend. next to her is her boyfriends' girlfriend and after that is that girlfriend's boyfriend.

now try to solve that little brain teaser, if you've got a spare minute.

honestly, i don't know why i'm the way i am. i stumbled into it, and a lot of what i had assumed about my life has changed over the past year. a lot of things i couldn't answer have been figured out -- like why every monogamous relationship left the back of my brain itching after a while.

i'm still lost in the dark about a lot of things, but hey, baby steps right? i have stable, fulfilling relationships now, so i figure that's some decent big-picture progress.
