The stress of the divorce got me off my work out routine. I am still at the same weight I was before because I maintained my eating habits but with the divorce and shoulder injury I wasn't able to work out like I wanted to. However, now that it's all over I will be back to it. My final goal is 165-170 lbs with 17% body fat. That's only 10 to 15 lbs of weight to lose but a lot of muscle mass to gain.
Nothing to it but to do it.
