you got to eat spinach and romaine lettuce!!! no iceberg! its only made out of water and has no nutritional value. Also, buy a box of "vitimin C, EMERGENCY drink mix." its amazing, i just mix a packet into my water and drink about 3 packets a day. gives you a lil natural energy boost. Also i dont know if you know about St. Johns wart, but thats a good supplement to take for positive mood. hope that helps, i myself need to start eating better and drinking less so i can get rid of the lil beeer belly and have a shoot with you !!!! -L
