Yay. I've lost lots of weight and have lots more energy! This stuff's really catching up to me(in a good way).
That said....last night me and 2 good (very cute) friends started shooting and one thing led to another then it was 1am and I needed to get up at 6am. In the process, I drank about a whole bottle of wine. SHIT. Fucking five hours to sleep and drunk. GREAT. Luckily, I was ready. Before I even started thinking about drinking, a couple weeks ago, I wanted to do go at it right (if that makes sense, which it doesn't but oh well). I aimed to have NO hangover and absolutely no ill effects the next day. I think so far at least, i've succeeded by doing this:
1) Take Charcoal Pills Beforehand. Activated charcoal comes in PILL FORM! If you drink more alcohol than your body can metabolize, you get hungover. The toxins in the alcohol build up and create a chemical called acetaldehyde. Acetaldehyde is an alcohol by-product that causes the worst hangover symptoms. Charcoal basically sucks up all the chemicals before they become Acetaldehyde and make you feel like shit.
2) Drink Lots of Water. This makes all of your fluids/toxins in your body flush out quicker. If you're dehydrated, your body holds onto all that it can, and if you drank the previous night, it's also holding onto all the toxins.
3) Stick to one kind of alcohol. Stick to just one and you'll have fewer things your system needs to flush out.
4) When you wake up, take a multivitamin. Alcohol strips your body of vitamin B especially.
5) Exercise. ASAP.
So that's about it. Loving life still. THough I think I'll prevent a hangover tomorrow by NOT drinking tonight.
Still can't wait to shoot Soya. It will be rad, she is my favorite <3

too bad you didn't post this blog two weekends ago, I could have really used the anti-hangover advice
so you're on my friend's list, thought i'd say hello, we've crossed paths here before...i think i'd like to possibly live in oregon one day...natural women amaze me...constantly...but there's a shortage down here in LA...i like the color green too...
