Ok so i WAS going to update over the weekend. but i A. was either to busy or B just plain forgot. You decide... which ever helps you sleep better at night ;-) lol

Well as EVERYONE knows i went to a concert Friday with Kayla.... Which Concert some of you may ask... well..

YOU WANTED THE BEST YOU GOT THE BEST THE HOTTEST BAND IN THE WORLD..... KISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and..... OMFG it was SOOOOOOOOOO fucking awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
Me and kayla made sure we got there nice and early so we could not only eat before we went in. (yeah not paying all that fucking money IN the stadium for overpriced food lol I'd rather put it towards something i would LOVE! ) There is a Taco Bell a few blocks from the UC (United Center) so we stopped by there and got food. The Awesome thing? I went up to get our food when our number was called and got back to the table and pulled out.....2....3.....6+ tacos... lol that was WAY not what we ordered. So i went and said something. Turns out the workers in the back missread and thought it said 8 and not 3 tacos lol. We ended up with ALL the food we ordered PLUS like 5 extra tacos.(no extra charge of course ) lol Some people would eat them. Some would toss them. We decided to be nice. There are usually lots of homeless or down on there luck people in the area around the stadium. So instead of wasting the food. We were nice and as we left TC and walked down the block we gave out the extra tacos. Good Karma to us ;-)
So we get there nice and early with good karma and we looked around the booths at shirts and what not... well it turns out that you could actually buy a recording OF that show you are at!! That is SO fucking awesome!! I just have to say that my mom is AWESOME!! She knew that my money was a LITTLE tight right now and being a former rocker and KISS fan she told me that if i have to i can put a T-Shirt on our emergency Credit Card (we have a credit card that we share that we use if we NEED to. Its come in handy a few times) Well i texted her about the recording and asked if i could put it on the card... she said YES ( i found out later that she said yes because i had told her about getting the extra tacos and giving them away to the people .... see..... good karma) So Kayla and I got not only T-Shirts but we got a live recording of the show we were AT!!!!!!!!! I am normally not a Live album guy... but OMFG listening to a show i was AT!!!... WOW so fucking sweet! More bands should honestly do that. Not all of them should CHARGE thirty bucks like KISS did.... lol but if a band i REALLY wanted to see offered that. I would do it on almost every occasion. The album was available in TWO ways... a "normal" 2 CD recording... or a fucking SWEET looking LEATHER and METAL KISS USB wristband .... hmmm which wouuld YOU choose? Yeah the USB ... so did we! lol


The opening band was BuckCherry. Who honestly... .i never realised HOW many songs of theirs i knew lol. They actually had a great opening set and surprisingly good stage presence..... they couldn't match up to KISS.... but than again WHO can? lol( i actually went online the next day and got some albums of theirs cause i liked them so much )

We went down and looked around a little more between the bands and Kayla ended up getting an awesome pair of red KISS undies lol and we picked up a Soda and some popcorn (there was a couple below us during Buckcherry eating popcorn... and fuck did that smell good!! lol)

Then KISS!!!!! WOW OMFG do they know how to put on a show and get the crowd GOING!!! I honestly don't even know WHERE to start on the KISS show. But ONE good place is .... look what i did for the show!


Yep if i'm gonna go to see KISS.... I'm going full fucking OUT!!!!!!!!! :-D Kayla sadly was allergic to the face paint we got (luckily she KNEW she was so it wasn't like we put it ON and found out lol) so she didn't do makeup. But she has some at home that she isn't allergic to. So she'll get it from home next time we visit and if/when we see KISS again we'll both do make up... hell if we can get 2 more people to go we'll do the WHOLE band!!! (i already called dibs on Space Ace for next time lol)

So yeah awesome fucking show. After the concert when we got home i had to take a shower to get all the make up off... well Kayla had used black eye liner around my eyes so that i didn't have to worry about the paint being so close to my eyes.... well after i got out of the shower all the paint came off but not the eye liner... Enjoy EMO John!!!!

So OTHER than the KISS concert. Kayla finally got to meet most of the rest of my family! Kayla my Mom and I went out to my aunt Cindy's for dinner on Sunday. My Grandma lives with her now so it was a big deal Kayla getting to meet my Favorite Aunt (yeah i said it, My Aunt Kathi is a bitch lol) and her AWESOME sweet southern boy husband Randy and my grandma. Everyone LOVED Kayla!!! Food was awesome. Conversation all night was awesome!!! No snide looks or remarks and everyone got a long.... its a first... and its AWESOME!!!!

Oh here is another picture of me experimenting with my new hair. I still haven't FULLY gotten the hang of it so i tend to try something a little newer every day.
