WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Saturday went AMAZING.
I busted my ass from getting off work at 6:30 ran by my friends Flower shop to pick up flowers for the night. Ran home to change for the night. The only sucky thing is that Traffic was HORRIBLE getting home. I should have just been able to take the bus there BUT i ended up having to take a cab to the flower shop or i NEVER would have made it.
So i get home change as fast as fast can be and do a few things to get ready and nice and head out. Calixtenemare was already waiting in her car downstairs but i told her i wanted to drive since i of course knew where we were going.

Traffic going downtown was a breeze and we got to the restaurant in prime time. Dropped off the car with the Valet and.... didn't go into the restaurant.. since reservations weren't till 9:15. We walked a bit to where the first plans were.... oh and first off before i get to that....
I told Calixtenemare she had to dress up for tonight. Little did i know that she would actually go out and buy a new dress just for the night She looked soooo amazing, so beautiful, and so sexy. I was honestly shocked when i saw how amazing she looked.
Well we walked over to the Old Watertower building (not the mall the actual old Water Towers left over from the Chicago Fire. Well from there you can catch Horse & Carriage Rides. Which is exactly what we did. I had purchased a ride voucher online ahead of time so we could pretty much BUMP in front of everyone lol. The ride was so beautiful and romantic. The ride was 45 minutes long and i gave him an extra 20 to drop us off AT the restaurant. Me and Calixtenemare snuggled and talked and were all loving. I was VERY nervous most of the night and couldn't stop talking. The last time i did THIS major and romantic of a night with a girl was.... my ex fiance susan. So it was a big deal to me personally.
The ride was beautiful and as i had said i gave him an extra 20 to drop us off at the restaurant. What restaurant you ask? I took her to the very wonderful and beautiful Lawry's. I had actually messaged her on Facebook and gave her a list of 5 different restaurants she could choose from so that she could have exactly what she wanted. (she actually picked the one that i was hoping she would pick lol) The dinner was amazing and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was so nice and so sweet and made both of us smile and kept us happy. I ended up spending a BIT more for dinner than i had planned. But not TOO much. They gave us free desert since i had informed them it was her birthday ahead of time and OMG it was so perfect. It was a Strawberry berry truffle cake. I liked it alot, but Calixtenemare LOVED it.
Then we drove home and i dropped Calixtenemare off at the door and parked the car. I got upstairs and... wow... not gonna tell anymore but you know what happens lol
It was such a great night. I am so happy it all went over so well.
