I have been wanting to get a good quality, compact camera that does pix & video, so I finally got one. It's the Nikon Coolpix. It takes 10 mpx, and it has all of these fun, cool features...like you can edit pix on the camera, write w/a stylus on the pic, stamps like hearts, stars, etc., crop, make pix b&w & sepia, brighten, AND you can add a voice or other recording to a pic. You can also slide thru the pix on the touch screen w/your finger. It's so easy to use, and I believe I'll be carrying this camera with me EVERYWHERE. I'm in love with this camera!
(This puts my number of cameras to 5 now, although one is old & I don't use it anymore, & another is my 35mm Canon. I just really don't have much interest in pix on film anymore.)
Here are a few pix I took w/it tonight...

I also watched Baby Mama. That movie is hilarious! I've been a big fan of Tina Fey & Amy Poehler forever on Saturday Night Live, and they were both equally fabulous in this movie!
My foot is doing a bit better. I've been doing the R*I*C*E thing (Rest/Ice/Compress/Elevate). I strapped mah 3 toes together with cloth tape, and wrapped up the swollen part w/an ace bandage. Some of the swelling has gone down. I am still hobbling a bit & still have a big bruise on the top of my foot, and I can't flex my toes. I think I'll be able to get it healed w/out the "help" of a doctor though. It really sucks when your health insurance gets taken away from you, but getting my own independently isn't really logical for me. Why should I pay $500/month? First of all, I couldn't afford that, and second, I don't spend that much on medical in a month. If something really bad happens to me though, & I had to be in the hospital or something I'm screwed. OBAMA please get elected & fix our screwed up health system like you are pledging to do...especially for those of us with disabilities!!!

Hope you feel better soon!
I used to have my lip pierced. I'm toying with the idea of putting that back in, too. Who knows, though.
