So, hunger that ensued following tonights Purgatory resulted in a trip to Denny's where Emi, myself, and a few other friends were refused service because of "what we were wearing" or lack thereof according to the rent-a-cop. I, being the kind of person I am, (those of you who know me will understand), inquired just what the dress code is as Denny's. By the way, this is what she and I were wearing...

After asking this simple question, the rent-a-cop then graps my left arm, twists it backward causing pain in my left wrist, and informing me that I'm under arrest. When I asked him what the charge was he could not answer, thereby releasing me and telling us to leave...that we would not be allowed in the establishment because "it is a family establishment (right...at 3am there are lots of families eating at Denny's), and the clothing we were wearing was inappropriate". I informed him that everything considered indescent was covered, and still inquiring what we had done wrong, he still says that we have to leave. As we are leaving, I informed him that constitutes a law suit.
Yes, my left wrist is in pain. I called the police to file an assault & battery report...they told me to call back after 7 am to file a report. By then, I expect my left wrist to be not so good. And yes, not only criminal charges, but a law suit against Denny's is inevitable. I've let a lot of incidents go in the past, but this is ridiculous. This...shall not pass. A rent-a-cop assaulted me without justification, we were discriminated against without justification, and I shall be going to the hospital as soon as I awake for xrays of my wrist...which by the way already has nerve damage from a previous injury. I expect there will be swelling to my wrist by then. I have several witnesses, I know the law, and I won't let this go...
I urge anyone in the Charlotte area not to dine at the Denny's on Sunset Rd.
P.S. Waffle House across the street allowed us entry.

Yeah wasn't there something in the news a couple of years ago about Denny's being racist? I think they got sued by a black family because they were denied service. They're idiots. You're paying customers and they're refusing your money.
I didn't like the outcome of Rock of Love, but I can't wait to see the reunion show!
