JEEBUS! IT'S FREAKIN COLD OUTSIDE!!! BURRRRRRRRRRRRR! It's soooooo pretty outside during this time though. I love this time of fall when the leaves have changed, falling off the trees, and blowing around in the wind. I need to get some fall pix before all the leaves are gone! Yesterday was a perfect fall day...that fall breeze and leaves flying everywhere. It was just a bit chilly, but not too bad in the sun.

SOOOOOOOO, as some of you already know, I was accepted by SG! Yay! I'm so happy! I'm half finished with the application process. I'm in the process of narrowing down my first photoset, getting them numbered, and in order to send in. I'm about a third or so done with that. It's coming along nicely. I'm hoping to get it finished and sent in tonight. I have so many ideas already & anxious to be officially a SuicideGirl.

**11-17**EDIT** Photoset is all ready and uploaded to SG for review! All application stuff is done also! Yay! Now all I have to do is hurry up and wait.

I modified my hair...shaved off some more & added some color. I love the blond, and it was great in the summertime. It's getting cold weather now that makes me like having some color in my hair. So great for fall I thinkz! I have got so used to having short hair now. I can't imagine having all that heavy hair hanging down now. I had long hair for 80% of my life I guess. I used to hide behind my hair, but not anymore. It was sort of my pride and joy. Well, I guess it still is in a way. It sort of expresses some part of me and my changing moods.
It looks really kinda punk like I wanted it. Oh well, enough talking about it, here are some quick pics I did of it...

I've not done it like this before, but me likey! I've been shaving the back lower half for a while now, but this time I went up a little higher in the back and shaved some off the sides, too. I want it to grow some into long bangs to a point at my chin and a little more length hanging over the shaved part in the back.

I'm now addicted to a video game (thanks to Marksy ). The only games I've gotten into in my adult life were Super Mario, Hot Shots Golf, and now this. It's Guitar Hero...seeing how I love watching live bands play, & I've wanted to learn to play guitar (and drums). So, it didn't take long to get hooked on it. I ended up buying a PS2 and the Guitar Hero III guitar that came with the game. I consider that my early Xmas present to myself. I ended up playing it all night the night I got it, went to bed when I got tired, then got up and played some more. After sleeping and getting up and playing more, I realized how much it must have sunk into my brain because I was playing even better in the 2nd session. I'm still on easy mode, but have tried a few songs on medium difficulty and wasn't too bad. I've racked up 1.3 million career points. Anyway, I now have guitar wrist & fingers. My wrist feels a little like the tendonitis I had in my right wrist one time, and I have worn a blister on the tip of my middle finger!

Well, I guess that's all for now...gotta get my photoset ready to go, then get things ready to go back home in S.C. for T-giving! I'll be heading out Tues. or Wed. & I'll be back sometime over the following weekend. I'll have my laptop so I'll be online some during that time though. Hope you all have a wonderful Turkey Day !
